Returns & Refunds Policy

At Faithful Mothers, we create tools and resources designed to help Christian women live with intention and faith. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. Please review our return and refund policies below to understand how we handle different types of purchases.

Digital Products (Notion Templates, Printables, Courses)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads and online products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues or need help accessing your product, please reach out to us at kait@faithfulmothers.com. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and ensure you receive what you purchased.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

We accept returns for physical products with damage not due to color or size within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be unused and in original condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please email us at kait@faithfulmothers.com before sending anything back to receive return instructions and approval. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Retreats & In-Person Events

Retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable, as they go toward securing accommodations, meals, and programming in advance. If you are unable to attend after registering, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, your spot may be transferable to another participant.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.
