Thank you for shopping with Faithful Mothers. Below you’ll find our shipping policies for digital downloads, physical products (if applicable), and retreat communications.

Digital Products (Notion Templates, Printables, Courses)

Most of our products are digital and delivered instantly.

After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions.
If you don’t receive your files within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at support@faithfulmothers.com.
All digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

Some items, such as printed journals or retreat materials, may be shipped to your address.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Delivery Time: Varies by location and shipping method selected at checkout
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location

We currently ship within Canada and the US. You will receive tracking information via email once your item has shipped.

Retreat Confirmation Materials

If you are registered for a Faithful Mothers retreat:

All confirmation materials and updates will be sent via email.
Any physical welcome packages (if applicable) will be shipped to the address you provided during registration. Please ensure this is accurate.
